these social posts drive me crazy!

Hi Reader!

You know those posts on social that say "A day in the life...." or "come spend the day with me!"

And their day seems way too perfect.

Those posts drive me crazy.

At first I am thinking, "That looks really cool." And then "Hmm, I am not doing enough."

It can get a bit defeating, and this is coming from a wellness coach!

I do not believe its realistic to do it ALL every single day to get results. I believe that this why people are getting discouraged when all they want to do is feel better, lose weight, ease their stress, etc.

There are "influencers" out there setting unrealistic expectations to what it looks like to be "healthy."

You don't have to do all the things. Just adding one will still make a difference and still keep you on your path to success.

Checking off only one positive health item off your list is better than zero.

Walking for 10 min is better than not exercising at all.

Taking a moment to just take a deep breath can do amazing things to your body.

Adding just one fruit or vegetable is better than not eating any.

When I work with people, I meet them where they are at today. I never try to mold them into the "perfect image" of what health looks like on social media.

My goal is to help you hit those health goals you have been struggling with. My goal is to help you get there without disrupting your life or causing any sense of overwhelm or anxiety.

Cause that's the only way they stick around for the long-term and you actually see real sustainable progress.

Sending you relaxing and positive energy,

Lia
