staying healthy while being busy is hard

Hi Reader!

Isn't time really the biggest issue with us?

Everything in our lives are so time dependent and we never seem to have enough time to do what we want to do.

When I ask people to imagine their perfect healthy life and describe back to me what that looks like. This is what I hear:

"Finding a balance with work, family, and social life"

"Having the time to work on myself, both physically and mentally, so I no longer feel stressed."

"Being less stressed and having good work/life balance."

"Having more free time and being less stressed."

I think you see a theme here. Plus, I would imagine you feel that way too if you took a second to envision what your perfect healthy life looks like.
