i suck at this

Hi Reader!

Not sure if you realized, but I suck at marketing and sales. I just do not have a knack for it. And its frustrates me because as a small business owner who not only has to do my job, but all the backend work as well. And since I have to make sure I get the work, I have to do some marketing and sales on top of everything else.

When all I want to do is my job itself. Which is just helping people with their health and their lives as a health and nutrition coach.

I will totally admit to that. After helping hundreds of people over the years I know I can do this job well. Some of the biggest transformations I have seen only in the past few years have been mind blowing to me.

Things like:

  • Lowering a client's A1C, so they didn't need to be reliant as much on medicine and insulin.
  • Decreasing a client's painful rash symptoms, so they can live life more fully and without pain.
  • Clearing a client's face of chronic cystic acne that was making them so self-conscious daily.
  • Helping a client with their self-confidence (through personal development we worked on together) to get an amazing new job!
  • Having a client achieve an amazing sex life, because it was no longer painful for them.

These were life-altering changes in their lives. Its why I love my job more than anything. Being able to literally change their lives is such an amazing thing to be a part of.

So yes, I suck at sales and marketing, but I am good at my actual job.

Have a wonderful weekend,

Love,

Lia

PS: These were all clients I had through 1-on-1 coaching. But since I know that is not always feasible for everyone, I created the Radiance Collective to make health coaching more accessible for everyone!

The Radiance Collective is the go to place for metabolism and gut health advice, community, support, accountability, and coaching from a certified nutrition coach, who understands that sometimes we are just too busy to figure it out for ourselves.
